The Commision for checking the readiness of company to operation in autumn- winter maximal loads included the Director for regime management, Chief Dispatcher of branch of JSC "System Operator - Central Dispatch Office of the single power system" of ODU Middle Volga Mr. Gennadi Pavlov and acting head of department of state power inspection of the Office for technological and environmental control Rostehnadzor for RT Zakaria Bagmanov.
