OREANDA-NEWS. On November 09, 2007 Kazakhstan Bank of Development JSC (Astana), has notified KASE that due to unfavorable market conditions on global financial markets the bank has postponed the issue of its eurobonds of the fifth tranche, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the bank's information, the bids that were submitted to the trading system of KASE during the specialized trades were declined.
