OREANDA-NEWS. Enterprises of the Bogdan Corporation, which includes Bogdan Automobile Plant < LUAZ UZ USD0.27 Accumulate >, increased its revenue by 47% to USD 1.49bl in January-September 2007. Total net income of the enterprises incorporated in Bogdan Corporation grew by 45% to USD 29mn, Millennium Capital analytic department discloses with reference to the company. The NI margin of the total group (about 2%) is close to the NI margin of LUAZ in 1H2007 (1.4%) and is lower then expected of the 2007 totals (4.3%). But the total revenue of the enterprises of Bogdan Corporation is almost three times higher than the revenue of LUAZ itself, this fact, considering the consolidation of the corporation assets in LUAZ, demonstrates a room of possible revenue growth of LUAZ. At the same time the list of enterprises, which are to be included in LUAZ is not clear as yet.
