OREANDA-NEWS. Georgian Ministry of Finance reported on revenues gotten from issuing permits for the nation's gambling business. During October 2007 there were given out 101 permits in the sphere of gambling business. The duties paid to the budget amounted to 906 000 GEL, including:

-  For arrangement of gambling machine salons there were given out 72 permits. The total sum  paid to the budget amounted to 576 000 GEL;
- For carrying out incentive lotteries there were given out 3 permits. The sum paid in the budget amounted to 18 000 GEL;
- For arrangement of totalizators there were given out 26 permits. The sum paid to the budget amounted to 312 000 GEL.
