Production Direction on Komi Republic Received the Certificate
OREANDA-NEWS. The First Deputy General Director on Technical Policy, TGC-9, Vladimir Busorgin presented Technical Director of Production Direction Viktor Zyuzin with the certificate of readiness.
When receiving the certificate of readiness Viktor Zyuzin noted that the document “was the evaluation of work of all personnel during the summer period of 2007. It also obliges us to perform stable, reliable and safe operation for our customers.”
Within 3 weeks the Commission composed of the representatives of Reliability Management, Industrial Safety and EH and S of TGC-9, Territorial Center of Regional Representative office of “Svzapenergotechnadzor”, Syktyvkar Department on Technological Control of Pechor Interregional Management of Rostechnadzor inspected TGC-9 branches, located in the Komi Republic.
On October 19, TGC-9 Vorkuta and Inta branches were the first to receive the certificates of readiness. Ukhta Heating Networks, TGC-9 Branch, received the certificate on October 26. Syktyvkar Heating Networks and Sosnogorsk HPP confirmed their readiness for operation within the conditions of winter on October 31.
To get the certificate of readiness the preparatory works for the coming heating season of 2007-2008 were started in spring. There was developed the program of repairs and maintenance works, as well as the schedule. There was determined the scope of works, were done the calculations of required expenditures according to the approach approved by RAO UES of Russia.
During the summer period there were conducted the pro-active and diagnostic actions, such as winterizing of production objects, inspection of fire safety systems, and isolation of pipes with polyurethane foam in order to reduce the heat losses. The basic objectives, which had been set for the branches for the coming heating season, were the implementation of the repair program, technical re-equipment and reconstruction of equipment of the power stations and heating networks, being of essential importance for power supply reliability increase to the consumers of the Komi Republic.
The organizational and technical actions were performed in all branches of TGC-9 located in the Komi Republic, focused on increase of efficiency, reliability and safety of the energy production.
The Commission confirmed the readiness of TGC-9 branches located in the Komi Republic for the operation during the autumn-winter period.
