OREANDA-NEWS. On November 02, 2007 the head of the Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Control (Rostekhnadzor) Konstantin Pulikovsky has instructed his experts to inspect a number of enterprises in Nov 2007, reported the press-centre of Rostekhnadzor.

Particularly, Rostekhnadzor is planning to inspect the nuclear and radioactive materials control system of Kurchatov Institute (Moscow), the work of the federal information system for nuclear materials control at Ural Electro-Chemical Integrated Plant (Novouralsk, Sverdlovsk region) and the liquid radioactive waste storage system of Atomflot FSUE (Murmansk).

At Karacharovsky Mechanical Plant (Moscow) Rostekhnadzor will check up the safety of the production of lifting devices, at Moscow United Energy Company – the energy control system, at Sibneft-Noyabrskneftegaz and Rosneft-Purneftegaz – the industrial safety systems. The agency will also conduct ecological inspections of VILS Ltd (Moscow) and ELKAT Ltd (Moscow region).
