OREANDA-NEWS. OJSC Promsvyazbank has effected payment of the 6th coupon attached to its bonds of the 4th issue (state registration No.40203251В of 15.06.2004) thus redeeming the issue in full.

The aggregate amount of income generated by the coupons stands at RUR24,534,000.00. The amount of payments effected at redemption is RUR600,000,000.00. The volume of the issue - 600,000 bonds. The par value of one bond is RUR1,000.

The placement of Promsvyazbank’s bonds of the 4th issue took effect on November 4, 2004. The total nominal value of the issue was RUR600 million, with the bonds maturing in 3 years. Following the results of the auction the rate of the first coupon amounted to 10% p.a.

Promsvyazbank is the payment agent for the issue.
