When speaking on meeting in regional administration arranged by Deputy Governor Vitaly Basko, Sevmash Director General told about production program and prospectives of enterprise development. In solving one of the key problems, i.e. personnel problem, Nikolay Kalistratov asked assistance of heads of towns and districts.

In addition to performing state military order we build science intensive civil products, including those required for region, – mentioned Kalistratov. – Here belong floating nuclear stations, creating objects for developing marine fields. At present time our enterprise need qualified workers of main shipbuilding professions.

To attract young people from villages, all conditions are established in Severodvinsk: federal industrial colleges, technical college, official accommodations, social guarantees. For more effective professional orientation work, heads of municipality received presentation materials, prepared by information and advertisement department and by enterprise personnel department.
