OREANDA-NEWS.The Dispute Solution Council under the Ministry of Finance of Georgia had discussed 43 complaints during September 2007, Georgian Finance Ministry reports. The disputable sum of money amounts to 15582975 GEL. The council partly or totally satisfied 7 complaints, which is 16% of the total amount of complaints, in other words 3,22% of total disputable sum.

Discussion and solution of 13 cases, with a disputable sum of 14367654 GEL were delayed and it was ordered to the Revenue Service to provide additional information of these cases. 2 complaints with disputable sum 159753 GEL  were returned to the Revenue Service for future discussions. 
Discussions of 3 complaints with a disputable sum of 7282 GEL were not carried out because of the violations of dispute rules, envisaged by the Tax Code. 18 complaints, with a disputable sum of 1048286 GEL were not satisfied.
