OREANDA-NEWS. Work with the young generation is one of the priority directions in the human resource management of the “Varieganneft” JC. The executives of the entity believe that high level of professional training is highly important for their future success and achievements. Today there are applied several social programs the aim of which is to support young employees and to raise their professional level. Special attention is paid to those possessing the status of a young expert as the most active and qualified representatives of the young generation of “Varieganneft”.

The initiation ceremony was held at the “Dosug” cultural and sports center in the frame of the entertaining event called “Funny night”. 27 young experts who had come to “Varieganneft” and its subsidiaries were received into the fold of the oilers of the company. That event became a tradition as last year 18 experts participated in it. During the ceremony young experts took the oath of employees of Varieganneft. The ceremony was ceated especially for this event.

The first Deputy General Director - Chief Engineer, Yuriy Tanin congratulated the “new comers”  and handed in certificates that  confirm the beginning of their professional life.
The beginning of the professional life of new employees is always a significant event for “Verieganneft”. The basis of the success of any entity is its staff that is why the company pays a great attention to the creation of the personnel reserve and attraction of young, highly professional experts.
