Home Credit B.V. Informs about Change in PPF Group N.V.
OREANDA-NEWS. On October 29, 2007 Home Credit B.V. informed that PPF Group N.V., the ultimate shareholder of Home Credit Group companies, announced change in the shareholders’ structure of PPF Group N.V, reported the press-centre of HCFB.
PPF Group N.V. has three owners: Petr Kellner with 94,36 per cent of shares, Jiri Smejc who acquired a 5 per cent stake in 2005, and newly Ladislav Bartonicek with 0,64 per cent of the shares.
