OREANDA-NEWS. The working meeting of Authorized for Quality Group (ACG) was held in JSC “IDGC of the Center”, the press center of Lipetskenergo reported. The Authorized for Quality Group is a structural division of the collegial body of JSC “IDGC of the center” constantly acting committee for implementing the company quality management system.

The representatives from all company structural divisions are the members of the Authorized for Quality Group, which was found in 2007. Quality Management Department is the Group's coordinator. Its foundation is a part of implemented activities on formation of the company's unified operational system with high potential of capital growth. Mr. Aleshin, Director for Organizational Development – Representative of Quality Executives, heads the committee.

In the course of the meeting, the items on improvement of the implemented and certified JSC “IDGC of the Center” quality management system were discussed. The activities on updating targets and structural divisions’ functions, internal relations, development of employees’ functional statements were suggested within the Company organizational structure changes.

Within the framework of the meeting, it was decided to update MI 4.2.-002-2006 Methodic Instructions on the basis of the suggestions; include into the Regulations on Structural Divisions “Participation in Business-Processes” Section, in which the divisions’ participation in the company business process, aimed to achieve company's strategic targets, is outlined. The section will include stated functions of every structural division within the limits of correspondent business-processes, as well as divisions’ functions concerning QMS with ARIS functions diagram.

Apart from that, it was decided to update ARIS-based business-processes, and implement new samples of processes' templates. The next ACG meeting will be held in November of 2007.
