Alliance Bank informs about start of servicing of cards of international payment system MasterCard International in own network of cash dispensers and payment terminals. In the plans of Bank is - till the end of current year to issue about 30-50 th. payment cards MasterCard, and in year 208 according to business-plan, provided to MasterCard International, Alliance Bank have to issue 800 th. cards of this payment system.

Holders of MasterCard from Alliance Bank may use the widest assortment of services, which includes not only traditional issue of cash in cash dispensers and settlements in trade and service enterprisers, but also receiving and maturity of express-credits through cash dispensers with function of cash receiving, payment of services of mobile connection operators and cable television in acquiring network of Bank and other.

Negotiations about possible cooperation of IPS MasterCard and Alliance Bank were started in January 2006. During negotiations Bank had demonstrated its plans of development of cards' business, introduction of new products, issuing of cards and expansion of acquiring network of the Bank. As the result in October 2006 IPS MasterCard accepted the decision about acceptance of Alliance Bank to the line of Principle members, escaping the intermediate status of Associated member. Works of certification of Alliance Bank in IPS MasterCard had taken about year. For this time, with active support of company Compass Plus, being the supplier of software complex for processing center, Bank had made the giant work for developing of infrastructure, creation and tuning of direct connection channel, certification of equipment (cash dispensers and payment terminals) and also card products.

MasterCard is one of the most popular payment system sin the world, and it is working on international market for more than 40 years. Network of servicing of IPS MasterCard covers about 210 countries of the world, and number of partners of this global payment system counts about 25,000 leading financial institutions of the world. Currently the participants of IPS MasterCard are only five Kazakhstan banks, and Alliance Bank enters them.

Line of products of MasterCard in Alliance Bank includes the next types of cards: Cirrus Maestro, MasterCard Unembossed, MasterCard Standard, MasterCard Business, MasterCard Gold e MasterCard Platinum.

Alliance Bank is one of the largest bans in Kazakhstan with 20%-ge stake on the market of retail crediting.
