Rosenergoatom Commission Inspects Kalinin NPP
OREANDA-NEWS. October 26, 2007. A commission of Rosenergoatom Concern, comprising representatives of Volgodonsk, Kursk, Beloyarsk and Leningrad NPPs, is inspecting the personnel management system of Kalinin Nuclear Power Plant.
The chairman of the commission, the first deputy head of the Personnel Management Department Nikolay Karelin says that the key objective of the inspection is to see how Kalinin NPP manages its personnel. The previous inspection was carried out 4–5 years ago and now that Kalinin NPP is preparing for building its 4th unit Rosenergoatom experts need to know how it works with its personnel.
Special attention is given to the compliance with the Labor Code, the labor laws and the Personnel Management Rules of Rosenergoatom Concern.
On Oct 26 the experts will sum up the results of their work.
