OREANDA-NEWS. October 23, 2007. Last week, the JSC “IDGC of the Center” executives participated in “Personnel Competence” seminar, reported the press-centre of “IDGC of the Center”.

The main target of the activity is to improve effectiveness of management development and personnel training, to establish the complex human resource system of unified operational company, as well as, to implement “Integration of Personnel Evaluation System in Operational Company JSC “IDGC of the Center” project.

The principles of effective personnel estimation were discussed at the seminar. The items on methodology and technology of personnel evaluation of competence development level were considered as well. The executives examined the developed for JSC “IDGC of the Center” staff competence model and the techniques of its implementation in work with personnel.

In the course of business game, the most effective techniques, the main features of personnel effective evaluation were determined and its role in structural management was estimated.

Following the results of the activity, the participants expressed their understanding of necessity to create the complex human resource system and willingless to participate in foundation of complex human resource system in JSC “IDGC of the Center”.
