KAMAZ presented modern models of vehicles and special equipment at the exhibition "Auto+Automechanics-2007" which opened on 24 October in Saint-Petersburg, the company's press service reported. Capacious and loading linehaul tractive units KAMAZ-5460 (4x2) and KAMAZ-6460 (6x4) are designed for interurban and international freighting on the roads with axial load from 10 to 13 tonnes. The admissible load on the fifth wheel of the truck tractor KAMAZ-5460 is 10,8 tonnes, and the total weight of the articulated vehicle is 40 tonnes. The analogous characteristics of the three-axle tractive unit are 17 tonnes and 46 tonnes, respectively.

The following exhibit - the medium tonnage vehicle KAMAZ-4308 (4x2) with 5 tonnes payload - is the representative of an urban delivery vehicle family. This medium tonnage vehicle is the laureate of the competition "One Hundred of the Best Russian Goods" and enjoys wide popularity among customers. The latest original developments - dump trucks KAMAZ-65115 (6x4) of 15 tonnes carrying capacity and KAMAZ-6520 (6x4) of 20 tonnes carrying capacity represent the main KAMAZ families of modernized vehicles and heavy payload vehicles.

Another new product - dump truck KAMAZ-43255 (4x2) of 7 tonnes payload - has small dimensions and excellent maneuverability. It is designed for the use in modern cities where it can easily move in the dense traffic flow.

Besides, the attendees can view the truck crane KS-55713-1 of 25 tonnes payload on the chassis KAMAZ-53215 and the inclined-axis mixer KAMAZ-581453 with 9 cubic meters net volume of the mixing drum produced by Tuimazy Concrete Delivery Truck Works, the daughter enterprise of KAMAZ Inc.
