Company Centras Securities JSC informs about appointment of Mr. Mirlan Tashmetov to the post of Managing director. In the new post Mirlan will be in current with Company's activities in the sphere of assets management and investments borrowing, and also will be responsible for the work with clients on local and foreign financial markets.

Till appointment to the new post Mirlan was the head of distance supervision department of Department of supervision over subjects of securities' market and accumulative pension funds of Agency of RK for regulating and supervision over financial market and organizations.

Mirlan Tashmetov has the large work experience on securities' market of RK and is the expert in questions about investment activities and infrastructure of market of securities. Mirlan had directly took part in development of laws "About pension provision in RK", "About investment funds" and "About market of securities".

After successful finishing of Uludagskiy university in Turkey on specialty "financial management" and also Kazakhstan state management academy on specialty "banking", in year 1998 Mirlan had started his labor activities in National commission of securities of RK, where he was dealing with regulating of investment activities and pension reform in the country.

Since year 2001 till 2004 Mirlan was working in Department of regulating of securities market and Department for financial supervision of National Bank of RK. Mirlan was busy directly in work with prudential regulating, methodology, licensing and supervision over professional participants of market of securities and accumulative pension funds.

Since 1999 Mirlan was the developer of many theoretical tasks and questions to attestation on professional market of securities. Mirlan also was the member of attestation commission of Agency of RK for regulating and supervision over financial market and organizations at 1, 2 and 3 categories of qualification certificates.

Mirlan was the member of Board of directors of Central depository of securities JSC and Kazakhstan stock exchange JSC.
