Berno Koster, Frank Schlaberg, Andreas Kolsch and Alexander Arauner are responsible for the origination and execution of M&A business and, together with the capital markets and leverage finance colleagues, for respective equity and debt transactions. Furthermore, they will work closely with the senior bankers in covering key clients.

Berno Koster joins Corporate Finance Advisory Germany as Managing Director heading the Transport & Logistics-Team. Prior to joining UniCredit Markets & Investment Banking Berno spent three years at Lazard in Frankfurt where he was responsible for the origination and execution of M&A and Capital Markets transactions and led the German Private Equity Advisory and Financial Restructuring Advisory activities. Berno had previously spent ten years at Deutsche Bank and Merrill Lynch in Frankfurt and London focusing on the origination and execution of large-cap sellside M&A and dual track assignments for international private equity and corporate clients in various industries.

Frank Schlaberg joins Corporate Finance Advisory Germany as Managing Director heading the Branded Goods-Team. Prior to joining UniCredit Markets & Investment Banking, Frank Schlaberg spent the last six years at Sal. Oppenheim, where he was responsible for M&A transactions in the TMT sector. Before that, he worked with Bain & Company and LEK Consulting on Strategy and M&A projects in various industries.

Andreas Kolsch joins Corporate Finance Advisory Germany as Managing Director heading the Industrial-Team. Prior to joining UniCredit Markets & Investment Banking Andreas Kolsch spent the last seven years of his career at Lehman Brothers in Frankfurt, Munich and London. At Lehman Brothers he focused on German industrial transactions and was responsible for the European automotive effort.

Alexander Arauner joins Corporate Finance Advisory Germany as Managing Director heading the Telecom, Media & Technology-Team. Prior to joining UniCredit Markets & Investment Banking, Alexander Arauner spent the last eight years at the international TMT focused M&A boutique goetzpartners Corporate Finance. At goetzpartners he focused on German as well as CEE based telecommunications and media transactions. He was responsible for the European telecommunications and cable practice of goetzpartners.
