As Ilshat Fardiev sаid, he was pleased to learn that together with social questions (housing provision, family health care, sports), the staff was interested in power system reforming, upgrading the power entities, skill upgrading and prospects if industry development.

"I am especially happy to hear these questions from the young people", - told General Director of JSC "Tatenergo", summoning results of socializing with staff. - As the active position in life, their ability to see the outlook charge with energy the entire production staff".

Analyzing the direct communications it was commented that this time the staff of power system did not ask questions related to salary increase, rendering privileges, improving labor conditions. This is the evidence that mush is and will be done in this area.

Power system veterans were especially active. The thanked the General Director for permanent care and material help and assistance in improving the households and for organization of free trips to sanatorium "Balkysh".

Vice Chairman of Council of Veterans of JSC "KTC" Margarita Nikolaevna Habirova, for instance, shared her joy that veterans are with the company and involved in its charity deeds. In the year of charity many of them gave the harvest grown at homes to the boarding school.
