On October 23, 2007 JSC "Belarussian Industrial Bank" informed that on October 26, 2007 the special General Assembly of Shareholders of JSC "Belarussian Industrial Bank" will take place in the distant form by written questioning, reported the press-centre of "Belarussian Industrial Bank".

The agenda of the day: orientation of part of the profit of JSC "Belarussian Industrial Bank" of 2007 towards Bank’s development fund, increasing of authorized capital of JSC "Belarussian Industrial Bank", and changes and amendments into the Bank’s Articles.
