On October 23, 2007 Mangistau distributing electric networking company JSC (Aktau, further - the company), bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category "A" official list had notified KASE by the official letter about changes in staff of Council of directors and Board of the company, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the message to the staff of Council of directors were included:

- Abitayev Yesbergen - Chairman of Council of directors;

- Bertisbayev Nesipkul;

- Mukhanova Saule;

- Kusherbayev Zhomart;

- Skuybeda Alexander;

- Salikhov Mendesh;

- Suleymenov Serik.

To the staff of company's Board were included:

- Suleymenov Serik - Chairman of Board;

- Makhambetsaliyev Maruan - deputy Chairman of Board for production;

- Bimanov Aytkali - deputy Chairman of Board for economy;

- Yermekbay Kadyrkhan - senior engineer of the company;

- Aktayev Yerlan - Adviser of Chairman of Board.
