“In order to improve the quality of service of USB and agent banks clients’, we constantly improve the software on the basis of which the SOFT transfers are serviced. This year, technical improvements of software made it possible to connect agent banks to international transfers with the help of SOFT system”, - Svitlana Minakhova says.
