Main pretenders for shares of generating company are: E.ON, Fortum and "some French company", he said. TGC-10 plans to get 1.6 bn USD from sale of additional emission. Sale of company's state portfolio should bring 0.9 bn USD to UES.

Offering is set for February-March 2008. Veles' analysts are positive at the news on TGC-10. "Growth of competition over given asset will contribute to most successful offering possible, which, on its part, should provide force for growth of the generating company's quotes,"the experts summarize.
