Bayerische Landesbank, Bayerische Hypo  — und Vereinsbank AG , Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, DEPFA BANK plc, Deutsche Zentral  — Genossenschaftsbank, Mizuho Corporate Bank Ltd., Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation Europe Limited have received a mandate to organize a syndicate loan for US $ 400 million for the Bank of Moscow.

The loan tenor is 30 months. The cost of funds shall make LIBOR + 0.55% p.a.

According to Anastasia Belyanina, director of the Department of internal financing and external relations of the Bank of Moscow, "the borrowed assets are to be used for crediting customers, trade financing and funding of other directions of the activity of the Bank of Moscow".
