OREANDA-NEWS. October 23, 2007. A social center for disabled and handicapped people as well as for veterans was open after a major reconstruction sponsored by OAO Tulachermet. The reconstruction was initiated by Boris Zubitskiy. The total amount donated to the center for reconstruction purposes was more than RUR1.5 million. The same donation for this center was made by OAO Tulachermet three years ago. Besides OAO Tulachermet has a close relationship with Veteran’s Council which is running this center. OAO Tulachermet is constantly helping the Council providing transport and recreation facilities.
