OREANDA-NEWS. The ceremony of granting off-road vehicle to the 5th million subscriber of the leading cellular operator GSM Kazakhstan took place in the square in front of concert hall named after Tokmaganbetov.

The lucky winner of the vehicle is a citizen of Kyzylorda city - Bekishev Berik Bektibaevich. The 5th million subscriber of GSM Kazakhstan is deputy Head of the Hospital of the Oblast Oncology Center. His choice of the K’cell brand was based on reliability and quality.

Presently GSM Kazakhstan is a leading cellular network operator and actively expanding its presence in all regions of the Kazakhstan emphasizing on network expansion specifically in Kyzylorda oblast.

In September of the current year Company launched the EDGE high bit rate data technology in Kyzylorda city. In June 2007, a switch circuit was installed allowing to solve multiple tasks related to enhancement of quality of services provided by GSM Kazakhstan. By the end of 2007 Company’s intent is to increase the number of base stations by 2 times in order to expand the coverage within the oblast and improve the quality of communication.
