Pakhta Bank to Hold General Meeting of Shareholders

OREANDA-NEWS. On 27 October Pakhta Bank Joint-Stock Commercial Bank will hold a special general shareholders' meeting, reported the press-centre of Pakhta Bank.

During the meeting, the shareholders will determine the sum of declared stock and introduce additional changes to the charter.

The list of shareholders who have the right to participate in the meeting was published on 16 October.
