OREANDA-NEWS. October 15, 2007/ Pupils of ninth and tenth classes visited several leading enterprises of the Concern “Tractor plants”: “ChAZ” and “Promtractor”. Within the frames of career - guidance excursion pupils visited production premises, got acquainted with products, met with directors of the enterprises, members of Youth boards, reported the press-centre of Concern “Tractor plants”.

The program of support the pupils in the choice of future profession has been taken in the end of September within the frames of President of machine-building holding Mikhail Bolotin with representatives of youth organizations of “Promtractor” JSC, “ChAZ” JSC, “Kurganmashzavod” JSC and “Promtractor-Vagon” CJSC.

Chief of the Concern “Tractor plants” is hardly convinced that the development of machine-building complex of the country impossible without complex approach to the decision of one of the most important and long-term tasks concerning attraction in this industry and training of young and talented Russian young people.
