OREANDA-NEWS. Today Ukrsotsbank system comprises 40 self-service zones, of which 35 work round-the-clock. In self-service zones clients perform banking operations on their own, without addressing to bank staff. However, if there are difficulties the client may contact a branch manager or Call Center operator for help, reported the press-centre of Ukrsotsbank.

Already now clients of self-service zones can make use of the following services:
Cash withdrawal or immediate replenishment of the card account with cash
Money transfer from one card to another
Mini-excerpt on the card (last 10 operations)
Excerpt on the card account
The “Oshchadny” (“Saving”) account activation
Money transfer from and to the “Oshchadny” account
Card PIN code change
Purchase of recharge cards of mobile operators, Internet services providers and IP-telecommunications
Bank card blocking
Bank card re-issuance
Connection to mobile banking
Receiving calculations and preliminary loan decision
Getting consultations and all the necessary information on the bank’s products and services
Getting bank’s services with the help of Call Center or automatic menu or operator services
