OREANDA-NEWS. Open TGC-4 has signed the general Agreement with Tula branch of the Sberbank of Russian on opening of the renewed demand line of credit for the sum of 1, 5 billion rubles for the period of two years.

Sberbank of Russia became the winner of competition spent by TGC-4 on the right of the conclusion of credit contracts on financing of investment projects and operational activity of the Company. The winner has been determined by the competitive Commission on the basis of ranging applications according to criteria and procedures of an estimation: the order of maintenance, term of using the demand line of credit, the renewed demand line of credit, annual rate; maximum possible size of the involved sum within one operational day; the order of payment of interests for using of the money resources.

The ceremony of signing of the Agreement has taken place on September, 17 with participation of the Manager of Tula branch of the Sberbank of Russian Shestakova A.A. and the Deputy Director General of TGC-4 For Finance Kuzina O.V.
