OREANDA-NEWS. ОАО TGC-4 has signed an Agreement with the “Gazprombank” (Closed Joint-Stock Company) on opening of the demand line of credit in amount of 5 billion rubles for the period of 5 years in Tula. Gazprombank" became the winner of competition spent by TGC-4 on the right of the conclusion of the Credit contract on financing of investment projects and operational activity of the Company.

The Agreement between "Gazprombank" and TGC-4 has been signed on September, 18 by Kuznetsov V.V., Manager of Tula branch of "Gazprombank" and the Deputy Director General of TGC-4 For Finance Kuzina O.V.

The similar Agreement has been signed on September, 17, 2007 with the Tula branch of the Sberbank of Russia on opening of the renewed demand line of credit for the sum of 1, 5 billion rubles for the period of two years. Borrowed funds will be directed on financing of industrial and economic activity of TGC-4 and realization of the investment program of the Company.
