On October 16, 2007 Kazakhstan Bank of Development JSC (Astana, further - bank), securities of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category "A" official list had notified KASE by the official letter that rating agency Standard & Poor's decreased the credit rating of bank from positive "BBB" to stable "BBB-", reported the press-centre of KASE.
