On October 16, 2007 Kazkommertsbank JSC (Almaty), securities of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category "A" official list, provided KASE with the copy of notification of Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for regulating and supervision over financial market and organizations (AFS) about confirmation of report about offering results of company's shares dated September 21, 2007, reported the press-centre of KASE.

Issue of shares of Kazkommertsbank JSC was registered by AFS on January 4, 2006 under number A0040. The issue contains 575,000,000 KZ1C00400016 common shares and 125,000,000 KZ1P00400112 preferred stocks.

According to notification of AFS as of January 25 of 2007, all shares were offered, and fully paid. Authorized capital, as of January 25, was formed in size of KZT159,896,131,000.00.
