OREANDA-NEWS. Ukrsotsbank plans to keep 70% of mortgages in its loan portfolio of individuals in 2008. "Mortgage loans are our star product; we are a leader of crediting in the primary market, we have general agreements with a wide range of building companies, reported the press-centre of Ukrsotsbank.

The share of mortgage loans and loans secured by mortgage makes about 70% in the total loan portfolio of individuals, - Iryna Kniazeva tells. - Next year, the bank is going to increase mortgage loan portfolio through the active implementation of services quality improvement programs, including mortgage programs services. The share of mortgages will remain at the level of 70% ".

Iryna Kniazeva also said that the banks, including USB, will offer individuals more favorable crediting conditions in UAH.
