OREANDA-NEWS. As of October 2007, Marketa Muhlhoferova leads Investor Relations for the Home Credit Group. Marketa Muhlhoferova has joined Home Credit from the Investment Banking team of Ceska sporitelna, reported the press-centre of Home Credit Group.

Ms Muhlhoferova's responsibility is to ensure, in cooperation with local specialists, proactive, consistent and transparent communication between the Group and the international financial community - investors, analysts, rating agencies and financial media in particular; and hereby supports group funding process.

"I believe I will utilize my previous experiences from capital market transactions and help to ensure long-term and accurate picture of the Home Credit Group on the international financial markets", Marketa Muhlhoferova said.

Marketa Muhlhoferova worked in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and has 7-year experience in capital market transactions. She headed Capital Markets team of Ceska sporitelna closely before joining the Home Credit Group. Ms Muhlhoferova worked on several important transactions, including initial public offerings (IPOs), privatization transactions and several bond transactions, including issuance of structured and subordinated bonds. Since January 2007, she had worked as the Assistant to the Member of the Board of Ceska sporitelna responsible for investment banking and financial markets. Ms Muhlhoferova was the Vice-chair of the Listing Committee of the Prague Stock Exchange.

Marketa Muhlhoferova graduated from Charles University, Science Faculty and Faculty of Social Science, specialization in Finance & Banking. In addition to her native language (Czech), she speaks English fluently and partially also Russian and German.
