OREANDA-NEWS. Interros delegated its activity as a managing company for the development and further maintenance of the mountain ski resort Rosa Khutor to "Open Investments" (OAO OPIN) group. Sergey Troubin, deputy head of OAO OPIN, was appointed Rosa Khutor director general.

"We consider such decision to be an optimal one", says Andrey Klishas, director general of Interros. "Nowadays, Rosa Khutor is not only a ski resort investment project, but also a part of an extensive program for the preparation for the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi. This requires from Interros new approaches to the organization of the construction process and implementation of modern technologies, which OPIN has in its disposal".

"It’s a new and very promising business for us", says Sergey Bachin, OPIN director general. "Construction of Rosa Khutor resort will enable our group to use in full its potential, as well as to form an integrated managerial basis for our projects in the South of Russia", he added.
