On October 11, 2007 Kazakhstan Kagazy JSC (Almaty region), bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category "A" official list had notified KASE by the official letter that by the sole shareholders of the company was accepted the decision about signing of the contract about increasing of authorized capitals of affiliated entities between Kazakhstan Kagazy PLC, Megasol Investments Ltd, Coenagrion Holding BV, Kagazy Investment ltd. LLP, Kazakhstan Kagazy JSC, Prime Estate Activities Kazakhstan LLP, PEAK Akzhal LLP, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the message currently the given deal is in finishing stage.
