Agro-processing, extractive and light industry enterprises will be placed at a 100-ha area in an industrial technopark, which is presently being built at a former military training ground in the Rivne region (West Ukraine), Head Viktor Matchuk of the Rivne State Regional Administration said, reported the Official website www.kmu.gov.ua.

According to him, the decision was made following the considering of proposals of foreign partners seeking to place their module capacities on specially prepared areas in line with a common European practice. Estimations of the Invest In Rivne Company revealed that it was necessary to invest EUR 4 million to develop the infrastructure and carry out other works. The funds are expected to be attracted from various sources, including from the local businesses.
