OREANDA-NEWS. On October 10, 2007 Contact Center of UkrSibbank has introduced the new service of automatic personalized e-mail messaging with full names of clients therein to a great number of addressees, reported the press-centre of UkrSibbank.

“Functions of UkrSibbank’s Contact Center go far beyond common information and directory service for customers, e.g. Contact Center is a second-to-none channel of alternative sales and strong support of the Bank’s marketing. For the last week alone due to specific facilities the employees of Contact Center sent approximately 4500 messages describing the new service "Active Money". Some clients got interested in the offer and gratefully replied expressing their wishes to keep on being informed about new products via e-mail”, said Nataliya Izmaylova, Head of Contact Center, JSCIB “UkrSibbank”.
