OREANDA-NEWS. On October 08, 2007 in according with new validated charter of JSC Kazaktelecom, the employment of President of Joint Stock Company was reformed to employment Chairman of the board of Joint Stock Company, reported the press-centre of Kazaktelecom.

This charter is developed in new version in according with applicable legislation of Kazakhstan Republic and determines legal basises of organization and functioning of JSC Kazaktelecom.

The Charter was approved by verdict of annual General meeting of stockholders of JSC Kazaktelecom from June, 30 of 2007 and was registered in Astana Department of justice at July, 23 of 2007.

In accordance with order of JSC Kazaktelecom from 28.09.2007 the employments of Vice-Presidents in JSC Kazaktelecom had been reformed in Chief Directors of company.

The Authorities of JSC Kazaktelecom are: superior body is General shareholders meeting; regulatory body is Council of Directors; executive power is Managing Board.

It should be noted that Managing Board of JSC Kazaktelecom consists of 7 members – Chairman of the board and other persons , appointed by Council of Directors of company . Managing Board is elected by Council of Directors with term of 3 years. Chairman of the board of JSC Kazaktelecom by his responsibility, is a member of Council of Directors of Company.
