OREANDA-NEWS. On October 09, 2007 Promsvyazbank changed its type of joint-stock company from a closed to an open company, reported the press-centre of Promsvyazbank.

All three international rating agencies have assigned Promsvyazbank high long-term ratings which have "Stable" or "Positive" outlook.
