On October 10, 2007 Ust-Kamenogorskiy reinforce plant JSC (Ust-Kamenogorsk), shares of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category "B" official list had informed KASE by the official letter that on October 5, 2007 by the Board of directors of the company was accepted the decision about making of big deal with Kazkommertsbank JSC (Almaty) for amount of $21,1 m, reported the press-centre of KASE.
