OREANDA-NEWS. On October 10, 2007 Astana-Nedvizhimost JSC (Astana, further – the company), being the listing company of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) had notified KASE by the official letter that the prescheduled general meeting of shareholders of the company, planned for September 25, 2007, did not take place due to absence of quorum, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The repeated prescheduled general meeting of shareholders of the company takes place on October 19, 2007 at 10:00 with next agenda:

-  purchasing of stake of Mangystaustroyinvest LLP in size of 75% from Investment Company Capital Management LLP;

-  confirmation of methods of determination of cost of company's shares while redeeming of them by the company.
