OREANDA-NEWS. On 10th September 2007, the Irkutsk branch of the "Vostochny Express Bank" OJSC (Blagoveschensk, the Amur Region,) and the "Diana" Insurance Company" CJSC (Angarsk, the Irkutsk region) voluntarily reported to the Irkutsk Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) on terminating the General Cooperation Agreement on 31st August 2007. The General Agreement was concluded on 5th June 2007 and allowed for coordination of insurance rates by the bank, which contravened the Federal Law "On Protection of Competition", reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

In their statement, the bank, simultaneously with the insurance company, submitted to Irkutsk OFAS a notification of terminating the General Agreement on Cooperation between the Irkutsk branch of the "Vostochny Express Bank" OJSC and the "Diana" Insurance Company" CJSC, the Agreement on terminating the General Cooperation Agreement of 31st August 2007 (the Cooperation Agreement was concluded on 5th June 2007), as well as copies of the above documents.

On the same day, the Irkutsk branch of the "Vostochny Express Bank" OJSC (Blagoveschensk, the Amur Region,) and the ОАО "Vostsibzhaso" OJSC (Irkutsk, the Irkutsk region) voluntarily reported to the Irkutsk Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (OFAS Russia) on terminating the General Cooperation Agreement on 31st August 2007. The General Cooperation Agreement was concluded on 2nd March 2007 and allowed for coordination of insurance rates by the bank, which contravened the Federal Law "On Protection of Competition".

In their statement, the bank, simultaneously with the insurance company, submitted to Irkutsk OFAS a notification of terminating the General Agreement on Cooperation between the Irkutsk branch of the "Vostochny Express Bank" OJSC and the ОАО "Vostsibzhaso" OJSC (Irkutsk, the Irkutsk region), the Agreement on terminating the General Cooperation Agreement of 31st August 2007 (the Cooperation Agreement was concluded on 2nd March 2007), as well as copies of the above documents.
