OREANDA-NEWS. Penza Branch of the Bank opened its new additional office in the building of Penza-1 railway terminal.  The new office will offer to customers, primarily employees of the Penza branch of Kuibyshev Railroad and also passengers of Russian railways a full array of banking services, including cash and settlement services, lending, deposits, currency exchange transactions, issuance and maintenance of bank cards.  There is a 24H ATM on the premises.


The new additional office is the fourth unit of TransCreditBank’s Penza branch covering the Penza and Ulianovsk Oblasts and the Republic of Mordovia.
