OREANDA-NEWS. On October 03, 2007 Izhorskiye Zavody OJSC, a part of OMZ (Uralmash-Izhora Group) (RTS: OMZZ; LSE: OMZD; OTC: UHMVY), has announced the results of an extraordinary meeting of shareholders held Sept. 23, reported the press-centre of OMZ.

The shareholders considered the issue of extraordinary termination of powers of the Board of Directors and of the election of a new Board.

The shareholders elected nine Board members:

1. Valery Chernyshev, General Director, OMZ OJSC, General Director, Izhorskiye Zavody OJSC

2. Yuri Utochkin, Director, SpecStal Division, Director for Scientific and Technical Development, OMZ OJSC

3. Vladimir Zolotov, Financial Director, Forpost-Management CJSC

4. Viktor Danilenko, Chairman of the Board of Directors in Zio-Podolsk OJSC and IK ZIOMAR OJSC

5. Viktor Chekhunov, Director, Oil and Gas Projects Division, OMZ OJSC; General Director, OMZ Oil and Gas Projects (Izhorskiye Zavody) LLC

6. Vladimir Tschedrov, First Deputy General Director, OMZ OJSC

7. Vladimir Yurkov, General Director, Forpost-Management CJSC

8. Arkady Samokhvalov, General Director, Managing Company – Strategic Assets CJSC

9. Farid Kantserov, deputy Chairman of Managing Board, Gazprombank CJSC
