OREANDA-NEWS. On October 05, 2007 Uralsvyazinform (RTS: URSI/URSIP) the leading carrier of fixed-line and mobile services in the Urals region, Russia announced tender for financial services to place 08 series bond issue, reported the press-centre of Uralsvyazinform.

Uralsvyazinform announced today the planned open tender to designate the financial institution for rendering financial services on securities market:

Lot #1. Right to conclude agreement on rendering services of financial advisor;

Lot #2. Right to conclude agreement on placement of 08 series bond issue.

The loan will amount RUR 2 bln. planned for the beginning of April 2008. The borrowing is supposed to re-balance the existing corporate debt.

Tender bids are accepted from 09.00 a.m. October 06, 2007 until 01.00 pm November 05, 2007. Tender commission will examine the accumulated bids, sum up tender results and announce the winner on November 06, 2007.
