On October 08, 2007 Tsesnabank JSC (Astana), securities of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category "A" official list had provided KASE with the copy of certificate of Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for regulating and supervision over financial market and organizations (AFS) about state re-registration of the first issue of bank's bonds in the limits of its second bonds' program dated September 20, 2007, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the provided document volume of issue of bonds with face value KZT1 makes KZT4,000,000,000. Issue is divided into 4,000,000,000 unsecured bonds with national identification number KZPC1Y20C367. Issue is included into State register of securities under number C36-1.

Certificate about registration of given issue of bonds dated May 29, 2007 was replaced due to increase of amount of bonds.
