The Company has been notified today that on 1 October 2007 John Fitzgibbons, non-executive chairman of Integra, purchased 12,000 GDRs, (equivalent to 600 Class A Common Shares) at $14.9818 per GDR on 1 October 2007. John Fitzgibbons’ total shareholding in Integra, following this transaction totals 9,138,280 GDRs (equivalent to 456,914 Class A Common Shares) representing approximately 7.80 per cent of Class A Common Shares of the Company.
