OREANDA-NEWS. Extraordinary shareholder meeting of Open Joint Stock Company "SUN Interbrew Ukraine" held in Mykolayiv made a decision to change the name of the Company to Open Joint Stock Company "SUN InBev Ukraine", reported the press-centre of "SUN InBev Ukraine".

On 25 September 2007 new statute of the Company was registered with the appropriate state authorities, and the new Registration Certificate was received.

Together with the new name registration, the changes in the members of Supervisory council and Board of directors of JSC "SUN InBev Ukraine" were introduced.

Commenting the creation of the new name of the Company, Head of the legal department of JSC "SUN InBev Ukraine" Andrey Gubka stated, - "From the moment when the new edition of the company's statute was registered, OJSC "SUN Inbev Ukraine" became a full successor of OJSC "SUN Interbrew Ukraine".

All the Company's counterparts will be personally informed promptly about the new bank requisites, reference number of VAT Payer Certificate, Tax ID. New legal requisites of OJSC "SUN InBev Ukraine" are published on the official website of the Company www.suninterbrew.ua
